TOOGLE S.R.L. based in Cristian, Brașov, as Administrator of the site available at www.kalauzis.com (hereinafter: "Site"), places a strong emphasis on ensuring the protection and satisfaction of users who use the Site. The administrator makes efforts to ensure adequate protection of personal data provided by users.

Privacy statement

This document regulates the policy applied by TOOGLE S.R.L. based in Cristian, Brașov, Gimbășelului str., No. 7, CUI: 43242407, J08/2239/2020 (hereinafter: "Administrator"), to related entities, in the field of protecting users' personal data and information that may constitute the confidentiality of the user's company.

This policy refers to the services offered by the Administrator through the websites www.kalauzis.com. It does not include websites and services of third parties, which can be accessed using the links found on the websites mentioned above.

Cookie files

The administrator uses so-called cookies (described in more detail here: https://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cookie ) to be able to differentiate users and to be able to react according to their actions during a session , saving preferences and adapting the services offered to them. The files mentioned above are also used to compile general statistics regarding the use of the Site by users. Since it is possible to disable cookies in the web browser, the use of the services will not be prevented, but some difficulties may occur.

Data in Google Analytics

The traffic on the Administrator's website is monitored by the analytical system Google Analytics, which aims to collect data about the use of websites and their popularity. These data (e.g. the browser used or the IP address) will never be made available by the Administrator to a third party.

Data collected

In order to meet the needs of users interested in the services offered by the Administrator, a request can be registered through the form available on the website www.kalauzis.com.

During the registration, the following data are requested: name and surname, e-mail, data relating to preferences and professional qualifications, details of the professional activity and/or of the company the user represents can also be transmitted.

Data are provided voluntarily. Failure to indicate personal data will not lead to the impossibility of establishing collaboration, as the user can contact the Administrator through the contact data provided publicly on the website www.kalauzis.com

Use of data

The data will be processed for the purpose of:

preparing for the conclusion and implementation of a contract for accessing the services provided by the Administrator;
providing the services offered electronically - including the delivery of the newsletter - art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR,
direct marketing (to the extent that the user has agreed to receive commercial information - also for the purpose of providing this information) - as a legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party - art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR;
in relation to profiling - as a legitimate interest of the Administrator or a third party - art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR;
c) fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator (accounting and fiscal obligations) - art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.

The Administrator also processes the personal data of the derived users registered on the Site, which are made available to the Administrator by the user - for the derived user's use of the Administrator's services (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f RGDP).

The Administrator processes the personal data submitted in the contact form to establish and make contact and answer questions - art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR; Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to establish and make the contact, as well as the response by the Administrator.

The Administrator may use the personal data collected to send the user, with his consent expressed in accordance with the provisions of the Site Regulations, information about the current and future products and services offered by the Administrator. This information will be sent via e-mail or in the form of an information or advertising campaign. The user can opt out of receiving this information by sending a message to info@kalauzis.com (so-called withdrawal of consent to receive commercial information). In the field of personal data, the withdrawal of consent is possible at any time, although it remains without effect on the processing of personal data before it was revoked.

Recipients of personal data

The administrator informs that the recipients of personal data may be the company TOOGLE S.R.L. as well as its subcontractors, to the extent that it is necessary to ensure technical support for the realization of services, such as IT service providers and entities that deal with services. The administrator exercises due diligence in providing the data using measures and protections that prevent access to the data by unauthorized persons (eg SSL, encrypted connections).

Without the user's consent, personal data will not be provided to third parties, except in circumstances where the transfer occurs as a result of the legitimate request of the authorized entity (eg law enforcement or judicial authorities).

Personal data storage period

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to fulfill the contract concluded between the user and the Administrator, as well as in connection with the use of the Site by users and derived users. In addition, data may be stored for the purpose of preventing abuse and fraud for statistical and archiving purposes.

In the field where personal data is processed on the basis of consent - we will process until the moment of its withdrawal, in compliance with the law. In turn, the personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest will be processed at most until the time of submitting the appeal for the processing. In addition, the data will not be processed if it is not necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

For the performance of the contract, personal data will be processed automatically (including in the form of profiling), but will not produce on the user or the derived user any kind of legal consequences or in a similar way significantly affect their situation. The purpose of profiling is to collect information about the activity within the Site and the preferences of the user or the derived user that allow a better adaptation of the offer and the communications addressed to users and derived users.

At the same time, the Administrator will store the personal data for the period in which it is obliged to store them or the documents containing this data to document the fulfillment of legal requirements, including the control of their fulfillment by public authorities.

The rights of the data subject

The user has the right of access to personal data, their correction and updating, the right to oppose the processing of data based on legitimate interest, the right to delete, restrict processing, and the right to transfer personal data. After confirming the user's identity, the Administrator will realize the rights indicated under the law. The Administrator will make all reasonable efforts to satisfy the user's requests regarding personal data, unless this data must be kept due to the applicable law or other legitimate interests of the Administrator. The administrator allows the correction of most of the personal data by the user, through the request made in electronic format by the user.

Security

To ensure safety and security, the Administrator:

uses SSL encryption,
controls the methods of information collection, storage and processing, including physical security measures, to protect against unauthorized access to the system,
grants access to personal data only to employees, contractors and representatives who must have access to them in order to process them for the Administrator's needs. In addition, within the contract, they are obliged to maintain strict confidentiality and, in case of non-compliance with these obligations, they may suffer consequences, including termination of cooperation.

This Privacy Policy enters into force on 22.12.2020. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy if necessary as a result of a change in our policy, management, law or jurisdiction. Changes will enter into force on the day of their publication at https://www.kalauzis.com/politica-de-confidentialitate indicating the date of their introduction.
